Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Accelerate recovery time in ligaments, tendons, muscles, and other soft tissue injuries.

Accelerate Recovery Time

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) utilizes blood cells to greatly accelerate recovery time in fewer treatments.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

PRP injections (or Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRFM (Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix) are a level up from Prolotherapy. Platelet-Rich Plasma utilizes the patient’s own healing blood cells to greatly accelerate recovery time in ligaments, tendons, muscles, and other soft tissue injuries. These treatment methods also aim at relieving pain but typically require fewer treatments and are used in slightly different ways. This rapidly emerging technique is showing exciting potential with osteoarthritis of the knee, shoulder, hip and spine, rotator cuff tears, chronic plantar fasciitis, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, pelvic pain and instability, back and neck injuries, tennis elbow, ankle sprains, tendonitis, ligament sprains and much more. PRP can also be used to treat hair loss.

Conditions Treated with PRP

“I had such an amazing experience. Dr Neary did PRP on my shoulder that has been giving me troubles for years. He had excellent bed side manner, was extremely knowledgeable and was supportive throughout the whole process. And then..... my shoulder got 100% better. Literally able to do aerial silks, pain free which I haven't been able to do for the past 5 years. Thanks to him I am back on the rock wall, the silks and holding my children pain free. I couldn't recommend Dr. Neary with higher regards. Such a great Doctor”.
